Information
These terms govern the relationship between the provider of the Ai Seo Improve platform ("the Provider" — its legal name, company ID (EIK) and registered address are given at the end of this page) and every natural or legal person who registers for or uses the service ("the User"). By using Ai Seo Improve, the User confirms that they have read, understood and accept these terms.
Ai Seo Improve is a platform that generates SEO articles automatically with artificial intelligence and publishes them directly to the User's WordPress sites. The service includes: planning and running "campaigns" that generate content on a regular schedule, one-off ("quick") article generation, generation of accompanying images, basic SEO enrichment (metadata, internal linking, structured data), and automatic publishing through the WordPress REST API.
The content is generated by third-party artificial intelligence models. Ai Seo Improve makes reasonable efforts to ensure the content is meaningful, grammatically correct and useful to the reader, but does not guarantee factual accuracy, any particular search engine ranking, or suitability for every topic or jurisdiction. The User is responsible for reviewing the generated content before relying on it as final, especially for medical, legal or financial topics.
To use the service, the User creates an account with a valid email address. The User agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their login details (password) secret. Any action taken through the User's account is deemed to have been taken by the User, unless unauthorised use by a third party is proven and the User notified Ai Seo Improve of it in good time.
A site may be connected to more than one user (an owner and contributors). Only the site owner ("account owner") is charged for the generated content, regardless of which of the connected users triggered the generation.
Access to Ai Seo Improve is provided through a monthly subscription plan with a monthly allowance of credits, or through a free demo period with a limited number of credits and a time window. Every article generation and every source scan uses a set number of credits according to the price list currently published on the platform. Credits are charged only for successfully completed work — a failed generation attempt is not charged.
Unused credits from the plan's monthly allowance roll over into the next subscription period, but for one period only: at every renewal, plan credits remaining above one monthly allowance of the plan for the period that ended expire before the new allowance is granted. The plan-credit balance therefore never exceeds two monthly allowances. When moving to a smaller plan, this limit is applied according to the smaller plan only from the second renewal onwards. Separately purchased credit packs do not expire and do not count towards this limit. Plan credits are used first, and purchased credits after them.
Credits — both those included in the subscription plan and those purchased separately — can only be spent while the User has an active subscription plan. After a subscription is cancelled or expires, the remaining credits do not expire while the User has no plan: they stay in the account balance and can be spent again from the moment the User starts a new subscription plan. While there is no active plan, automatic campaigns generate no new articles, and access to the content already created, statistics and history is kept. Prices shown on the platform are in euros and exclude VAT.
Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all payments made through Ai Seo Improve. This means that the contract for each purchase is between the User and Paddle, and Paddle is responsible for invoicing, charging the applicable VAT and processing the payment. Ai Seo Improve receives the payment through Paddle and provides access to the service based on Paddle's confirmation.

The rights to the articles and images generated for the User's account belong to the User from the moment they are generated, provided that the subscription or the purchased credits have been duly paid for. Ai Seo Improve claims no ownership of the published content. The User is responsible for checking, before publishing, that a given piece of generated content does not infringe the rights of third parties.
Ai Seo Improve is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ai Seo Improve is not liable for lost profits, loss of search engine rankings, interruption of access to the User's WordPress site for reasons beyond the control of Ai Seo Improve (e.g. a change in the WordPress configuration, hosting problems, an expired SSL certificate), or for content generated from inaccurate or misleading input provided by the User.
The User may cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future billing from the end of the current paid period; periods already paid for are not refunded automatically — see the Refund Policy. Ai Seo Improve reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for an account that breaches these terms.
Ai Seo Improve may update these terms when the service or the applicable law changes. Material changes are announced by email or by a notice on the platform before they take effect.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement is referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.
