GDPR — your rights

GDPR — your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the following rights regarding your personal data processed by the provider of the Ai Seo Improve platform (its details are given at the end of this page). This page describes the rights in practical terms — for the full list of data, purposes and legal bases, see the Privacy Policy.

Your rights

  • Right of access — to get confirmation of what data of yours we process, and a copy of it.
  • Right to rectification — to ask for inaccurate data to be corrected (you can edit much of your account data yourself in the settings).
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to ask for your account and its related data to be deleted, where there is no legal basis for keeping it.
  • Right to restriction of processing — to ask for the processing of certain data to be paused while a disputed matter is resolved.
  • Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format so you can transfer it to another provider.
  • Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Right to withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent (for example, you can disconnect Google Search Console directly from the site settings).
  • Right to lodge a complaint — with the supervisory authority, if you believe the processing of your data breaches the GDPR.

Your WordPress access is fully under your control

The access details for your WordPress site (Application Password) are stored only while the site is connected to Ai Seo Improve. You can delete them immediately by removing the site from the platform or by revoking the Application Password itself directly in your WordPress admin — this ends Ai Seo Improve's access to your site straight away.

How to exercise your rights

Send a request using the contact details at the end of this page, stating your account (registered email) and the specific right you wish to exercise. We reply within 1 month of receiving the request, in accordance with Article 12(3) GDPR — for more complex cases this period may be extended by a further 2 months, in which case you will be notified.

Supervisory authority in Bulgaria

If you believe your rights under the GDPR have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the national supervisory authority:

Commission for Personal Data Protection
2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria
Website: www.cpdp.bg

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.
